I started smoking as a teen and smoked for 15 years, though the last few years I had already cut down a lot. I quit 9.5 years ago. I’m so proud of myself. I hope my kid never starts!!

I work.in a convenient store that sells that pouch. They took them all off the shelves bc of complaints like that. Cleared things up and now places can sell them.again.

I'll never understand why they start. if my mum was still alive she would be 85. she used to say she knew smoking was bad for you when she was a kid.

Feeling ridiculously proud of myself for managing to stop vaping last year. Even after I changed jobs twice, lost my dad and went through severe depression, I didn't start up again. My biggest concern was that I didn't want my 4year old son to see me vaping and think it's okay to do it.

My mom died from small cell lung cancer so I’ve been telling my kids since they were small to never smoke. I show them pictures of her that show how much she suffered. It’s not worth it to smoke anything. Life is short.

I’m so mad that the tobacco industry was able to convince regulators that vapes are a safer alternative. They got another generation hooked just when smoking was starting to decline. It’s criminal.
