I found it!!!!!! its from a girl that owns a shop on Etsy..the name of the shop is "Addictive Cosmetics". And the color os "Petrified"!!!!! Im almost 100% thats almost the exact same shade!!!! It comes in both a lip liner and a lipstick!!!!!! I hope this helps!!!
