@platesbykody: Brown butter cornbread cheesecake is insane lol. I can’t believe this worked. But hey, now you get to try it. And it’ll be the best one you’ve ever made. Recipe for a 9 inch round pan 👇🏽 3 blocks of cream cheese 1 1/2 stick of melted browned butter 2C graham cracker crumbs or stroop waffle cookie crumbs 1C crumbled cornbread 3 eggs 1/2C sugar 1/2C brown sugar 1C half n half 1T vanilla extract Bake crust at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool for at least 15 minutes before adding the filling. Bake cheesecake at 325 for 75 minutes. Turn oven off and let cool in oven with door vented for an additional 45 minutes, then cool at room temp for an hour before refrigerating. #cheesecake #cornbread #FoodTok #dessert #foodtiktok
