I would have been concerned it was a baby bull shark if that fresh water stream connects to the ocean and without a dam in the way. It moved like one for sure

lol... ive seen so many cool, odd,, wonderful, strange, scary, funny, interesting, bad, good, beautiful, ugly, awesome things on the river...then add in the suspense thats on the end of every cast. it's a new adventure every trip.... That's why I love it so much..

Snakes in my house :
I kayak fish Maryland near the Wilson bridge. Grass carp will definitely leap out of the water. I once saw a 3 foot carp floating on the surface with a shark bite taken out of it. a bull shark can live a lifetime in freshwater.

That’s pretty cool. We swim through creeks with 5ft needle nose gar doing that but I’d be lying if I said I would be comfortable swim there
