I’m 64 and just started doing a real bench press. I’ve used a smith machine and plate loaded but never actual bench press. Started with just the bar, but did my weight 185 for 6 in my 4 set. Great tips. Thanks

For me no matter what I do I still get some irritation and at times pain in my shoulders. I lowkey thought I had a labrum tear.. but I do the steps etc but it still feels awful idk why…
