My grandmother had Alzheimer’s & it is such a cruel disease. She eventually came to live with us & every day a new thing happened. She always thought my grandfather had left her for another woman. It got so bad we had to keep a note in her purse (which she kept with her even when she went to bed) saying Bill’s dead” which sounds cruel but it was the only way she would realize he hadn’t abandoned her. There were so many other things that happened it’s hard to list them all. I am slightly terrified that it will happen to me.

I have epilepsy and I swear my memory is getting worse. I take my kids to the grocery store that is 5min because by the time I leave the house and get there i don’t remember what I was going for. I’m not sure if it’s just my condition the medication or something else. What are your symptoms?

My mum has it and I had her on keto and I feel like it helped because it helps to feed the brain when it can’t use glucose! It was too hard for her to maintain so she gave it up. 😞
