Pull out a chair and talk to her at your kitchen table. My therapist got me to do that after my grandpa died. Life changing. So freeing. ♥️♥️♥️Pathetic or not girl, whatever helps you heal. Sending hugs!

It’s not pathetic at all. Grief is WILD. One day you may not need it anymore, but until then, do what you gotta do to get thru and be okay 💗💗

Not pathetic at all. I’d love to call her phone and hear her voice still. Do it as long as you need to. When you had someone to love and be loved back by in a way only a mom can, it’s excruciating and takes a long time…maybe it never goes away. Xo You know where to find me if you ever need it.

When my grandfather passed, I would go to his empty home before my mom sold it, and sit in his chair and speak to him. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. Keep doing what helps you navigate grief however it helps you. ❤️I like to believe our loved ones that have crossed over can see and hear our gestures and words while we grieve. Thank you for sharing something so beautiful and being such a strong inspiring soul who shares her emotions with your followers. It reminds me that grief hits everyone differently.

Had to let go of my Dad in July. Wish his phone was still active. I’d give anything to call him or text him right now.

It took me 8 years to delete my mom as a contact in my phone. It's not pathetic at all.
