Idc if this is an unpopular opinion to each their own but If there is one thing I’m happy that I never started it’s this! I would forget on night 2 and my kids would be disappointed plus the threat of Santa seeing everything already has worked out fine and I kinda feel guilty about even telling them that just to get them to change their behavior. Tbh this would cause me anxiety purposely making a huge mess and who has time to do this every night and all the cleaning up afterwards. See it’s already causing you anxiety and it’s night one.
