Thursday I made a mistake drank pineapple juice and instantly regretted it. So this morning, I kept it simple and went strict carnivore. Two strips of bacon, cut into fourths, layered in the air fryer. Frozen hamburger patty on top, sea salt on both sides. 400° for 15 minutes, flipped everything, then 10 more minutes. Bacon crispy. Patty juicy. And honestly? It kept me full almost the entire day. I even ate the same thing for dinner because sometimes your body needs clean simplicity to come back to center.
