Speaking from experience, I’ve done eight years. The word institutionalized is a real thing and a real word. It’s not a joke or a gimmick when you have done so much time you get used to that every day routine of a person telling you when to eat when asleep when they get up and when you finally get out into the regular world, you don’t know how to live without that routine
