Today, I want to introduce a relatively new spot for Bún Bò Huế in Hà Nội. It’s actually not far from the Old Quarter, just about a 10-minute ride, and they focus exclusively on Bún Bò Huế. The restaurant has the backing of a well-known Vietnamese chef, which adds to its reputation. The quality of the meat and the price are exceptional. For me, the giant piece of beef ribs alone is worth every penny. Take full advantage of the fantastic options they offer on the table, you won’t regret it. I’m thrilled that Hà Nội now has another place serving one of my favorite dishes, which is notoriously hard to find done well here.
