People keep blaming the driver, but this is on Amazon. They outsource deliveries to contractors, offer little training, and tie pay to speed. When you build a system that rewards rushing, you shouldn’t be surprised when quality goes out the window, literally. Amazon gets away with it because everyone blames the driver instead of the company that created the problem.
