@longevity_enthusiasts: WHAT CAYENNE IN WATER ACTUALLY DOES Cayenne pepper isn’t just a kitchen spice - it’s been used for centuries as a warming herb that supports circulation and brings more blood flow to the surface tissues. When you mix a small amount of cayenne with warm water, it creates a strong circulatory response: you feel warmer, your blood vessels open slightly, and the area gets more movement and flow. That’s why herbalists have traditionally used it for swollen or irritated tissues, including issues that involve pressure or discomfort around the rectal area. The key is starting gently. A very small amount stirred into warm water can create a noticeable effect without overwhelming your system. Some people also combine it with herbs known for vascular comfort, like butcher’s broom or horse chestnut, or use topical cooling compresses for relief. It’s not a medical treatment - but it can be a supportive ritual that encourages circulation, reduces tension, and helps the body feel more balanced. I love cayenne. I grow my own so I can dry it and powder it myself for all the heat possible. I can’t digest it whole or in pieces but I can eat it in powder form until it comes out my ears!
