So realistically there is literally no position you can 100% safely put your baby in to sleep 😭 even when they are in an empty space with nothing to get stuck in they STILL manage to find a way to hurt themselves 🤦🏻♀️

i just talked about this with my mom yesterday, she said she always put me and my brothers to sleep on our stomach with a cloth diaper under us because of this, so if we spit up the cloth could absorb the liquid and we couldn’t choke.

My baby girl kicked her sock off somehow in her onesie and sleep sack. Got alerted with low oxygen I jumped out of bed panicking but it was a false alarm. 😭 I held her and cried. The owlet is such a peace of mind even with false alarms

My son wore it until he outgrew it when he was 18 months. It alerted when he was 15 months that his heart rate got too high. He was having a seizure.

Although my wife and I both agreed the Owlet is a must; for new parents who are debating on it, I always say I’d rather buy something and waste my money because we didn’t need it, than not buy it and we ended up needing it. Anything to protect our son is essential

I swear owlet saved my sons life. He got sick in July and was told it was just an ear infection and the next night his oxygen dropped to 80 in the middle of the night and he was struggling to breathe, he had RSV and spent 3 nights in the hospital on oxygen.

The owlet sock was the only reason I ever got any rest. We only had one false alarm and it was because she had kicked the sock to the side. I would rather have a false alarm any day, then have something happened to my baby!
