@bromabakery: #ad This holiday season im celebrating at home the best way i know how, with warm @Starbucks in my mug and my favorite holiday dessert on the table 🌟this Peppermint Mocha Chocolate Mousse is rich, silky, and infused with Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee for that cozy chocolate-mint flavor i literally wait all year for. and the best part?? it looks fancy but it’s made right in a blender. topped with peppermint whipped cream (made with Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Latte Inspired Creamer of course) and a sprinkle of crushed peppermint… it’s basically a holiday latte turned dessert 🎄the full recipe is below and you can grab your holiday Starbucks coffee through the link in my bio 💫 #StarbucksAtHome Ingredients: • ⅔ c + ½ c heavy cream, divided • 2 tsp vanilla • ¾ tsp peppermint extract • Pinch of salt • 8 oz semisweet chocolate, finely chopped • 1 large egg, room temp • ¼ c brewed Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee, very hot For the whipped cream • ½ c heavy cream • 1 tbs Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Inspired Dairy Creamer • Crushed peppermint candies Instructions: 1. Heat ⅔ cup heavy cream in a small saucepan until hot (not boiling). Stir in vanilla, peppermint extract, and salt. 2. In a blender, combine chocolate, egg, and espresso powder. With the blender running, slowly stream in the freshly brewed Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Flavored Coffee. Blend until smooth. 3. Slowly pour in the warm cream mixture and blend on high for 1 minute until silky. 4. In a bowl, whip the remaining ½ cup heavy cream to soft peaks. Gently fold into the chocolate mixture until smooth and fully combined. 5. Spoon into ramekins and chill at least 2 hours (or up to 7 days!). 6. When ready to serve, make the whipped cream. Combine the heavy cream and Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Inspired Dairy Creamer and whisk until medium peaks form. 7. Top the mousses with the whipped cream, crushed peppermint, and chocolate shavings.
