Glinda being wicked is not some mistake in the script…it’s the whole point I fear…the difference between her and MM or the wizard is that she had a change of heart and was friends with Elphie, but it wasn’t enough until it was too late. This whole skit isn’t some epiphany it’s literally the whole point it’s the drama of the story
