@shilpy.jain.p: Getting laid off from my corporate job and having a baby in the same year was definitely not on my 2025 bingo card. But I’ve learned that dwelling on what’s out of my control doesn’t get me anywhere. I’d rather pour my energy into what’s next… into what I can build. And yes, I have big dreams for my career. Huge ones. But I also know those dreams will unfold in their own time. My little one? He’s only going to be this little right now. He won’t remember these moments when he’s older… but I know this is the chapter I’ll look back on when I’m 80. So when someone asks me about my New Year’s goals, here’s the honest answer: Building a career that lets me be present. Present for my baby, for his milestones, for the moments that won’t come back. Everything else—success, growth, opportunities—will happen when they’re meant to. Right now, this is the dream.
