I just taught my child she can open 1 door a day. We never had a problem. Also, she wasnt allowed without me. As she got older she'd forget to open and I had to remind her that she was behind

Where do you put the little toys so they can’t get into them? that’s where I would’ve put the advent calendar and just hand it to them once a day and put it back up

Let them open one and take the other one the next day give them back in the morning. That’s what my mom does. She gives us it the morning of the time you have to start opening them or open the next morning.
