I can see how it helps him. I can play with fidget toys but when someone else is, it’s ALL I can focus on. They need to make silent fidgets.

Normally, I have to pause the videos so I can read through the comments because everything else is so distracting. This actually was so soothing. It’s funny how the majority of the comments don’t understand that this is a at home fidget for when they’re trying to do homework. Being at home, you can be such a distraction for people with ADHD. She’s not saying to take this to school and use it in class. As a 43-year-old woman with ADHD that was not diagnosed until two months ago. because I had to advocate for myself. I wish I would’ve had these type of things as a child.
