@rphreviews: Curcumin has been shown in numerous studies to help with joint inflammation. But you have to know the correct way to take to curcumin. First off, you’re going to need a turmeric high in potent curcumin- 95% or more. Second you really want the turmeric to be paired with a carrier oil like MCT oil or black pepper extract because by itself curcumin has really poor absorption. The turmeric by @Micro Ingredients is my main choice because it checks off on everything so you see the benefits shown in studies.
