Someone was fired at mcdonald's but hired at sephora.... That's crazy. mcdonald's used to be an amazing employer years ago because they trained their employee so well, we were told at a career seminar years ago that big companies would hire people that had degrees and all of that completely based, sometimes on the fact that they worked at mcdonald's when they were younger. i don't think that's the case now. i think I expect more from a sephora employee though. not in a bad way.I just in a professional way because I see them as makeup artists and possibly going further, with more education or training or building their lifelong career, but maybe i'm wrong. i'm basing this on like you and the other creators that have worked at sephora, so maybe i'm actually wrong about that.And you and the other ones are just really stars.

idk how it is in the USA, but in Spain, when you get fired from McDonald's it's not because you're useless, it's because they don't train you well. I'm an amazing employee at my actual job and I got fired from McDonald's...

My Uncle actually taught my a trick to check the cash is real, you hold the dollar 50 or 100 to the light and by the face of the the person on either of the dollar there is a vertical line that says the amount of the dollar in the line.

We used to have to put anything we brought in that was sold in the store into a baggie and declare it when we started our shift. And then the manager would scribe it with a little “s” so we could bring it without fear of being accused of stealing it.
