I’m dealing with the same issue—my left pinky has been giving me trouble from overworking my hands as a surgical recovery tech. I tried the David Weck fascia method, and it actually shifted something in my hand—I regained some mobility right away. Do you have any other recommendations? Has this issue healed for you?

Mine is doing this!! But I ran into my boyfriend’s gaming chair arm rest and it started after. How has this been holding up for you? It’s also my pinky 😂

Hello. Was ur pinky broken, looks little rotated to ring after u flex it ? I have pinky triggering after a spiral break of proximal phalanx, its triggering in pip and mcp joint.
