Never put the pasta into the soup. It comes out mushy. Cook it and set it aside. Complete the soup and serve the pasta in a bowl, pouring the soup over top.

omg I made it!!!! it came out sooo good, it wasn't as thick as I thought it would be but that was ok! it tasted the best on the second day 🤤 the only thing I would recommend would be to cook the tortalini in another pot and then save them in another container and add them when you are about to eat/ reheat a bowl of soup, that way they dont get huge and mushy lol
