I can "flex" it whenever I want and for as long as I want. Sometimes I do it to try to drown out the tinnitus. It doesn't work, but I still try. 😂

I can just flex some sort of muscle in my throat and it makes my ears plug the same way as yawning would... is this not something other people can do?

is there ever issues with relaxing that muscle? like a deep rumble that never goes away, ive also heard it descibed as hearing a car running from the other room (if the grage is connected to the house)

Except as a Deaf person, I hear NOTHING. I’m only haptically aware that I am pulling either the top part, bottom, or perhaps both if I concentrate.
