@bakedbyness_: Crust: 2 boxes of Christmas sugar cookies - Lay them out on your springform pan and use your hands or a cup to even it out. Set aside. Cheesecake: 2 blocks of cream cheese room temp 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1 tsp vanilla 2 eggs room temp Pinch of salt As much sprinkles as you want - Mix all ingredients together except eggs and sprinkles with a stand mixer or hand mixer until well incorporated - Then add in the eggs and mix until combined, don’t over mix. Then add the sprinkles and fold them in. - Pour it into the springform pan and make sure to tap on counter to remove air bubbles. - Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. - Once fully baked, turn off oven and let it sit for an hr with the door cracked open. Then let it sit on the counter for another hour until fully cooled. - Refrigerate for 8hrs before serving.
