i love the owlet sleep sock we used it every night for both of my kids! we also have the nanit and used the breathing band but i will say the band sometimes stop tracking throughout the night! but the camera is amazing!

Love the owlet! I also have the camera that goes with it and love it. Haven’t had any false alarms, but it has notified me when heart rate is too high & oxygen was dipping. This was when he was sick and the high heart rate was due to a high fever in his sleep.

I loovveee the owlet. 3rd baby and I swear by it. My 3rd baby does have a congenital heart defect so I was able to get the “BabySat” which is the medical grade version and the setttings are set by the provider. The owlet was a life saver when my babies were sick. I can say I had maybe 2 false alarms in total with 3kids and it was because I didn’t put it on right.

My sister used both Nanit and Owlet, she loves the Owlet. I am using the Owlet with my 5 month old, we don’t get false alarms. He recently had a low oxygen alarm, but he had the flu and was super stuffy.

We got the owlet after my daughter spends a little over a month in Nicu for conjunctive heart stuff. It honestly was terrible. It would go off randomly all the time.

I LOVE the Nanit. I have the one with the flex stand and use it all the time, travel with it, and has a built in sound machine and night vision.

i used the owlet with both my babies and really liked it. i don’t understand how people say it gives off false alarms a lot? i never had a false alarm with it.

So I’m stuck as well, but I’ve been going down a rabbit hole of reviews. I came across this video of a pediatrician who said if we needed to track the oxygen levels they wouldn’t send the baby home. She recommends the Nanit because it shows the breathing and we can visually see the baby. She mentioned the owlet causes moms more anxiety vs a peace of mind due to false alarms.

I actually owned the owlet and used it till that sock could barely fit. I never over used it and would always take it off after he woke up. I loved it honestly but I’d say don’t fear getting both and then returning the one you don’t like lmao if I had the sense I would’ve
