Post partum nurse here! Nothing negative with your video I just wanted to provide a psa for people in the comments. This is not going to make your stomach flatter. Everyone returns back to their normal bellies at their own pace/time frame. Wrapping does not equal flat. If it is done for support because you’re sore or post c section that’s different and it can be beneficial for the counter pressure. I just feel like so many of our mamas have that misconception and I have to explain it so often. I also know if it’s a cultural thing and so I never refuse giving an abdominal binder but always make sure to provide education along with it.
