Yes, I work at a cat shelter and if all you can do is neuter/ spay, feed, and release that is okay as long as they can’t make more outside cats :) keep them warm and fed and happy

never blankets always straw. straw for strays do it use hay. some of us cannot afford these and have more then 1 cat that are outside. cats are made to be indoors period.

My rescue stray literally broke my window to escape the house. Not every cat is going to willingly stay indoors, and if you try to keep them in it's going to cause panic and possible injuries.

you put the smaller plastic bin inside of a larger bin, and line both with straw. We did this for strays last winter and they stayed warm all season.
