Went to Da Nang airport last month..both arrival and departure quite smooth. Didnt need to pay for fast track. Will definitely avoiding HCM until they get the new airport which hopefully their service will be improved.

Tried their HCM, Hanoi, Phu Quoc airports and they’re all the same. Long and slow queue with lots of disrespectful locals cutting lines

they have their own army of tiktokers to push fast pass. none of these service are affiliated to any airlines or even airport management. it's a cartel. that's why airport management refuse to improve their flow.
