Many homeless people struggle with mental illness, so supplying them with alcohol or weapons is likely a very bad idea and could lead to catastrophic consequences for them. I presume this man was thinking that if he did this, maybe the homeless problem would work itself out.

Let them do the Fenty let them mess with their machetes, and they’ll get rid of our homeless problem by themselves. 95% of homeless people are homeless because they done bad things committed crimes or are doing drugs. There is a very small 5% that are homeless from mental, actual mental autism and actual fires and accident.
