Change the radiator because some radiators has two portions one side for engine coolant cooling and the other portion is for transmission oil cooling…eg. ( Hyundai Elantra radiators ) maybe those two portions has been bridged allowing the transmission oil to mix with the engine coolant

The radiator has a channel where the transmission oil get cooled. I'm pretty sure the radiatotor coolant is leaking somewhere and entering into the cooling chamber of the transmission fluid.

let them check the radiator cooling system which is connected to transmission side. the gearbox gets it cooling from the same radiator which cools the engine, there might be a leakage on one of the pipes from the radiator to the transmission or mixed of fixing.

if it has oil cooler in the radiator replace radiator n if it has separate cooler replace oil cooler flush the cooling system n change transmission fluid
