I cannot forget the cuisine that I ate in Srinagar before, which was like Japanese Nikujaga💕 but I don't know that name. Let me know if someone know the name.

My go-to chicken taco recipe for the last 3 YEARS! Trust me, the marinade is everything. Save this one because you’ll want to make it again and again! INGREDIENTS For the chicken: * 1.5–2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs * Olive oil * Salt * Freshly cracked black pepper * Garlic powder * Smoked paprika (IMPORTANT – smoked, not regular!) * Cumin (a little goes a long way!) * ½ onion, chopped * Juice of 1 lime * Juice of ½ orange * 2–3 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (use the sauce/juice, not the actual peppers) For serving: * Corn tortillas * Mexican blend cheese or Cotija * Fresh cilantro * Remaining ½ onion, chopped * Bell peppers or elote corn (optional, but SO good!) DIRECTIONS 1. Take your chicken thighs out of the fridge and drizzle with a little olive oil. 2. Season generously with salt, freshly cracked black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and cumin. I measure with my heart! I use equal parts of everything except cumin, which I go lighter on because it’s strong. 3. Add the seasoned chicken to a Ziploc bag. 4. Chop ½ an onion and add it to the bag along with the juice of 1 lime, ½ an orange, and 2–3 tablespoons of the sauce from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo (just the sauce, not the peppers!). 5. Seal the bag, mix everything together, and let marinate in the fridge all day. 6. Cook on a Blackstone or griddle for maximum flavor, but a stovetop works great too! 7. Slice up your chicken and serve on warm corn tortillas with cheese, cilantro, and your favorite toppings. MY FAVORITE SIDE: Sauté the remaining chopped onion with assorted bell peppers, or make some elote corn to serve alongside! That’s it! The combination of smoked paprika, fresh black pepper, citrus, and chipotle is what makes these SO good. 🌮❤️ #ChickenTacos #ChickenTacoRecipe #TacoTuesday #EasyDinnerIdeas #HomemadeTacos
