The senior leadership’s admin, the front desk team, security, the back-door delivery folk, the maintenance team, uptight Denise in audit / compliance, 25 yrs service Gavin in finance. Smile, say hello, be helpful, make these people feel important, send them some choccy biscuits when they fix your broken whatever quickly, remember birthdays etc etc. These people can make or break your corporate existence.

that is me 😂😂 I worked 10 years at greggs worked my way up from part time to shop manager. then went back 2 year's ago just as supervisor but due to health issues I've stepped down. now im the one who's guiding the next generation in my store and helping them progress from being responsible person who is uni student to having new manager 9 weeks ago and helping as much as I can 🥰 and 18 year old only just finished a levels to become supervisor cause she doesn't want to go to uni 🥰
