@leahhopehealth: I cried after this run because I finally realized something… the limit was never my body, it was my belief. I jogged for 30 minutes straight. I used to only run in tiny intervals of 30-60 seconds, because I assumed that was all I could do. I quit when it got hard. I thought it being challenging meant I wasn’t capable. But today, I pushed past the moment I usually stop. And then I did it again. And again. And I realized I’ve been capable this whole time, I just never gave myself the chance to see it. You don’t find your strength by avoiding the hard part. You find it by going one step past it. We are capable of so much more than we think. But you will never know if you don’t try. And when you reach the point where you want to quit… that’s usually where your breakthrough is waiting. Every time I thought about stopping on this run, I realized I had more in me. So, if you haven’t figured it out yet… you have more in you. 💜
