And I didn't realize how much it was hurting the people I would date. Emotion-driven is when your feelings choose your behavior. "I'm tired, so I won't text." "I'm scared, so I won't be honest." "I'm overwhelmed, so I'll shut down." That was me. I led with my comfort. I led with fear. I avoided EVERYTHING that made me feel vulnerable... and then wondered why my partners didn't feel loved by me. By the time I tried to fix it, it was always too late. But then I learned about being intention-driven. Intention-driven means your actions come from your values, not your moods. It means choosing what aligns with who you WANT to be, not just how you feel in the moment. "I'm tired, but I value connection." "I'm scared, but I value honesty." Here's the truth: You don't have to choose your emotions. But you can choose your intentions. And that tiny shift? It changed the way I love. It changed the way I show up. And it changed what I attract back. So ask yourself Are you acting from emotion? Or from intention?
