Auto start stop should never have been created for regular gas cars. Hybrids only. I think Mercedes entire line is mild hybrid by now.

The auto start/stop is the same issue on all German cars. It’s mandatory emissions law.

BMW has dropped the ball lately! Plastic and cheap plastic at that, if there is such thing! The start stop function is maddening! It feels cheap! Drove one a month ago at the local dealer! A huge pass! Went with Lexus! Glad I drove the Lexus it blows this away!!!!

Biggest annoyance is no way to quickly adjust the AC fan speeds. You have to go in the menu.

The issue is that bmw uses plastic in engine parts so they no longer age well. And now they are extending that to where you can see it

It’s giving Kia vibes. How they haven’t corrected course when the prior gen x3 was perfection. Oh and the fixed glass roof again why? Nobody wants a giant piece of fixed glass on their car, you’re cheaping out.

I had one as a rental and pissed me off I couldn’t press the park button. The charger was annoying you have to push in the bar to hold the phone in place 😩
