Their PANNKAKOR frozen Swedish pancakes are the perfect hack to speed up this no-bake cake, without sacrificing on the festive energy Here’s how to make it: Masala Chai Cream: 1. The night prior, combine 1 tbsp of masala chai with 2 cups of heavy whipping cream in a container and let it cold steep overnight. When ready to whip, strain the cream and discard of the chai leaves 2. In a medium bowl, using a hand mixer beat the the cream, 1/3 cup confectioners sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract for 5 minutes until stiff peaks form. Set aside in the fridge till ready to assemble To assemble: Layer a thin smear of the cream on your serving platter and place your first crepe down. Later a THIN smear of cream, then lingonberry jam, and repeat until your desired height. Garnish with more cream, jam, and powdered sugar! #desserts #holidayrecipes
