@celestethomasrn: Why I’d never get filler again 🚨 Biggest reasons ⬇️ Vascular occlusion: if filler hits a blood vessel it can cause tissue death or even blindness. Delayed nodules + biofilm: hard lumps, swelling, random flare-ups that can show up months or years later and sometimes need dissolving + meds. Migration: filler moves over time from where it was placed, especially under eyes + lips, leading to puffiness and weird shifting instead of “going away” after a year. Dissolving my 8-year-old filler was the best decision I’ve made. If you dissolve, do it with ultrasound so they can see exactly where the filler is before injecting the dissolver enzyme 🙏🏻
