Please help, I had arthrodesis surgery on my shoulder due to car accident I sustained brachial plexus injury meaning I lost some of my nerves from the neck to elevate my hand... So now my scapular shoulder muscle dying (atrophy)... I can't regain those muscles 💪 to give my arm n shoulder strength

Și eu am făcut rmn pt braț stâng pt ca aveam dureri insuportabile mai ales când îmi solicitam brațul la maxim nu am știut ca există rmn pt braț , umăr 🙏🙏🙏🙏 sper sa fiu mai bine după această intervenție 🙏
