I’ve always energetically cleared my body and lower chakras of their energy and any cords they try to attach. I’ve worked with many woman and had to help them clear their bodies and clear new or old cords so they could let go and stop thinking about that male or move on from them, basically removing their spell/ability to manipulate the woman.
