It doesn't matter what hes saying, it doesn't that hes not making sense. What matters hes communicating and the more vocal sounds he makes eventually hopefully may turn into words

He knows exactly what he is saying. My stroke friend only said no for a very long time. Just because we don’t understand.

Let’s talk about the little things. 👀 Because sometimes it’s not that your hair can’t grow… it’s that you’re constantly putting it through things that make it harder to KEEP the length. Wet hair is more vulnerable to breakage. Constant tension can weaken strands. Heat can damage the cuticle. Friction can leave you with dry, brittle ends. And neglecting your scalp can create an entirely different set of problems. You can spend all the money in the world trying to get longer, fuller-looking hair, but if your everyday habits are working against you, you’re fighting an uphill battle. Healthy-looking hair isn’t just about what you put ON it. It’s about what you stop doing TO it, too. Start with your scalp. Be gentler with your strands. Protect those ends. And stop treating your hair like it can handle absolutely anything. 😂 Your hair care routine should be working WITH your hair, not against it. Which one are you guilty of? Be honest! 👇 WET HAIR HABITS Going to bed with soaking wet hair. Leaving the house with soaking wet hair. Throwing wet hair into a tight bun or ponytail. Brushing aggressively while soaking wet. Wrapping wet hair tightly in a towel. Leaving hair wrapped in a towel for hours. Sleeping with wet hair in a tight braid. EVERYDAY STYLING HABITS Wearing the same tight ponytail every day. Sleeping with your hair loose and letting it rub against your pillow all night. Using tiny elastic bands that snag and snap hair. Constantly pulling your hair back in slicked-back styles. Ripping through tangles instead of gently working from the ends upward. Repeatedly touching, twisting or pulling at your hair. Using extensions or heavy styles that create constant tension. WASH DAY MISTAKES Piling all your hair on top of your head and scrubbing it together. Scrubbing your actual hair lengths instead of focusing shampoo on your scalp. Using your nails to aggressively scratch your scalp. Skipping conditioner because you have fine or thin hair. Applying conditioner directly to your scalp when your hair doesn't need it there. Not rinsing products thoroughly, allowing residue to build up. Using excessive amounts of dry shampoo instead of properly cleansing your scalp. Going too long between washes when your scalp is oily and accumulating sweat, oil and product residue. HEAT, ENVIRONMENT & MAINTENANCE Using hot tools every day without heat protection. Repeatedly running a flat iron over the same section. Never trimming damaged, splitting ends. Sleeping on rough cotton pillowcases when your hair is prone to tangling. Brushing from the roots down when you have knots. Wearing hats that constantly rub against fragile areas. Swimming in chlorinated water without protecting and rinsing your hair afterward. Leaving sweat and styling products sitting on your scalp for extended periods. Using harsh chemical treatments too frequently. Ignoring scalp irritation, persistent itching and inflammation. #hair #education #thinhair #growth #healthyhair
