First of all you are doing amazing❤️❤️❤️Try to think of yourself as a butterfly while you're in a seated position, expand your arms out to the sides with whatever weight is comfortable for you. You can lay stomach down on a bench of some sort and extend your arms backwards with weights in hand. Try using a bench or chair to perform dips, lowering your body by bending your elbows and then pushing back up using your triceps....but again, anything you do (exercises, weights, repetitions, positioning) will depend on past or current injuries, so let your body be your guide. If you add more weight with less repetitions, this will help to build muscle.
