I bake our bread because we went on vacation and had a half of a loaf of bread in the drawer. We came back and then we went to visit family. It was a month later and that bread did not have any mold on it. I quit buying bread after that

thats why I make my own. I kept a loaf of bread in my fridge for 3 months and it didnt get moldy. home made bread tates so much better anyway.
