Mix together dry ingredients first—flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl (where you’ll form your dough), beat butter and sugar together until creamy. You could use a stand mixer for this, or you can do it by hand. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to your butter/sugar mixture and stir to combine. Dump in your dry ingredients and mix everything together to form your dough. Don’t overmix—stop once it’s all combined. Scoop your dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Each dough blob should be about a tablespoon each. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

So I mixed the ingredients together fasts without fully reading it and it mixed all the sugar with the flour and stuff not seeing that I had to mix the sugar with the butter first
