After that you need to out some baling soda in your shoes (just a pinch) the betadine kills the bacteria causing the bad odour and baling soda stops the bacteria from growing inside your shoes. Plus wash your feet everyday with soap - wash your shoes with soap or buy a new one . Never use the same socks everyday - use different shoes / rotate it with another pair . It’s all about hygiene .
