Hi guys 💛 I’m Becky, a Pilates instructor based in Toronto (PMA certified). I mainly focus on sculpting, and I’m really into helping people find the right muscles — like those small ones you usually don’t feel, but make a huge difference. So my classes aren’t about just sweating or going heavy, it’s more like… training smarter, with control, and actually seeing results. I also share Pilates on IG & TikTok (we’re at 300K+ now 🫶), and a lot of what I teach in class is stuff I’ve already tested and know works. People always say my voice is super gentle… but the workout somehow still hits really hard 😂 so yeah they started calling me “the gentle killer” 😌 But off the reformer I’m very chill, easy to talk to, and super supportive — no pressure vibes, just progress. — ✨ my classes are usually like: • very detail-focused (especially core / glutes) • helping you actually feel the right muscles • no random exercises — everything has a purpose • more “doing it right” than just “doing a lot” — I honestly don’t think Pilates is just about getting smaller, it’s more about learning how to really use your body. Once you get that, everything feels different — stronger, more stable, and way more confident. If you’ve been wanting to try Pilates, you’re always welcome to join my class 💛#torontopilates #torontolife #toronto #pilates #pilatesinstructor
