the puppy is learning if I act aggressively they back off & I keep my high value object. They are repeatedly reinforcing & allowing rehearsal of the behavior. stupid & sad.

My dog did this at 6 months with a beef bone and we took it away! Tried another two weeks later he did the same with bone so has never had one again! When mine did resource guarding he got food taken away! Never has done it again
