Mine did NOT go like this. They dug in my arm for 30 minutes, got a majority of it out and then realized it broke in my arm. They couldn’t get the piece that broke so I had to get x rays and then go to the hospital and be put under anesthesia to get it surgically removed

Nexplanon was the worst choice I ever made. My arm was covered in dark bruises for days and removing it was worse because the doctor was flicking my flesh off of it with her scalpel :)))
