@trial_trackers: The defense attorney for Brian Walshe gave an opening statement building their case around the fact that Ana Walshe was not murdered, but she died due to sudden unexplained death. Even if she did happen to die that way, how does that justify the fact that Brian Walshe dismembered her and hid her body? Not really sure, but defense says that Brian panicked and was worried about losing his boys if they were to find her dead body. So he did the most logical thing someone would do in that situation. Call 911… no just kidding, he didn’t do that. He allegedly bought a hacksaw and did the unthinkable to the woman he supposedly loved. What a crazy story, I am curious to see how this continues to play out and exactly what “evidence” the defense will present to justify any of this.
