@coachtimpalmer: You’re not stuck. You’re stabilizing. There’s a difference. Stuck means you’re going nowhere. Stabilizing means God is grounding you before He grows you. Sometimes the pause isn’t punishment — it’s preparation. Before God elevates you, He strengthens what you stand on. Before He multiplies you, He matures you. Before He sends you, He settles you. Scripture says, “After you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace… will Himself restore you, confirm you, strengthen you, and establish you.” (1 Peter 5:10) Establish means steady, stable, unshakable. So if your season feels slow, quiet, or unclear… don’t assume you’re behind. You might be in the part of the process where God is securing what the next level will require. You’re not stuck. You’re stabilizing. And stabilizing seasons are sacred. They’re where God fortifies you for what’s next. #health #trauma #healing #faith #HealingJourney
